FAQ

Common questions.

Who is the program for?+

Anyone with an idea worth building. No degree, prior experience or technical background required — just commitment.

How long does it last?+

A full year. Twelve weeks of intensive programming, followed by nine months of ongoing mentorship and community.

Is it remote or in-person?+

Hybrid. Most sessions are remote, with two in-person residencies — one to start, one to launch.

How much does it cost?+

Nothing. The program is fully funded by our foundation and partners.

Do you take equity?+

No. Grants are non-dilutive. We don't own any part of what you build.

How much funding do founders receive?+

Up to $10K in non-dilutive grants, distributed across milestones from idea to first revenue.

What kinds of businesses do you back?+

Ethical, sustainable businesses solving real problems — across tech, services, consumer goods and the social sector.

How competitive is admission?+

We accept roughly 5% of applicants per cohort. We weigh character and clarity of purpose over credentials.

What's the time commitment?+

Plan for 15–20 hours per week during the intensive phase. Lighter after that, but the work compounds.

What happens after the program?+

You stay in the community for life. Most founders continue to draw on mentors, peers and follow-on funding for years.
